Thomas and Charles Edison Sign the Minutes of a 1926 Board Meeting of the Edison Storage Battery Company

A one page 4to typescript of the minutes of a board meeting of the Edison Storage Battery Company, for July 30, 1926 concerning the sub-lease of some property in San Francisco, signed by Edison and others including his son Charles Edison (1890-1969) who became president of the company the following year and served as Secretary of the Navy and Governor of New Jersey. Other signers are G.E. Stringfellow, Henry Lanahan, H.F. Miller, J. V. Miller and Fredrick W. Roh. Lanahan was Edison’s legal advisor.
