“I appreciate your letter of the twenty-seventh inviting me to speak to the International Students Clubs of the University of Arkansas. I wish I could do it but I am so covered up with work that it just isn’t possible for me to get away at the time set. It will be some time yet before I can make any college appearances. When the time arrives, I hope you will still keep me in mind for an appearance.”
