In the Press: Medieval Manuscript Musical Notations

Earlier this year, when Raab announced the discovery and acquisition of a 9th-century manuscript leaf containing some of the earliest known musical notations in Western Europe, it made headlines around the world.

Music journalists were among the first to take note. Listen here to an audio interview with Nathan Raab on WWFM The Classical Network:

The news was also shared on Symphony, the Violin Channel, Klassic Radio (Germany), and Classic FM Radio London (England).

As such a major discovery, it was also covered by international media, including The Guardian, and by those in the rare book, manuscript, and Medieval worlds, including Fine Books & Collections, Medievalists, and ActuaLitté (France).
