Returns are accepted if you notify us within 2 days of the delivery date and the package is shipped promptly thereafter. Do not ship without consulting us first. The document must be returned in the condition in which it was received. We do not accept returns for layaway items or framed items.
All returns are completed by the customer via a mutually agreeable method. Your refund will be processed after we receive the document back from you, which can take 10 days.
