A 7 by 10 inch Harris and Ewing photograph of Wilson sitting at his desk in the White House, matted and inscribed and signed on the mat. On October 3, 1919, President Wilson suffered a disabling stroke and was incapacitiated for some months. His signature afterwards was somewhat shaky. He left office on March 4, 1921, thus dating this signature from January 1920 to that time.
