McReynolds, George Sutherland, Pierce Butler, Harlan Stone, Owen Roberts and Hugo Black. Black joined the Court in late 1937 and Stanley Reed replaced Sutherland in early 1938, thus dating this list. By 1941, six of the men who signed here would die or retire, thus completely remaking the Court. There is some discoloration from glue show-through in the margins, much of which would mat out.
