A large (10 by 30 inch) color glossy photograph showing Clinton taking the oath of office from Chief Justice William Rehnquist on the steps of the Capitol on Jan. 20, 1997, inscribed and signed by Clinton at the top center. The panorama shows the panoply of a presidential inauguration at the U.S. Capitol, with thousands of people, and Clinton full face taking the oath.

These can period style, antiqued, gilded, wood, etc. Fabric mats, including silk and satin, as well as museum mat board with hand painted bevels. Attachment of the document to the matting to ensure its protection. This "hinging" is done according to archival standards.
